Karen Di Venanzo is a fitness professional with a passion to help her clients achieve their fitness goals.  She has many years of experience working with people of all abilities and ages. Having a BA in Health Promotion and being a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist helps her stand out among other Personal Trainers. Karen finds the right balance of exercises with her clients at every session. No matter what, movement will always make you feel better! Update - We are whole, unique, complex so we have added a crucial service to help you achieve wellness with mindset coaching.
